TABLE TENNIS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2004/05, SHANGHAI

The Table Tennis Academy coaches Mario Genovese and Edward Baldacchino shall be representing Malta in the 2005 Table Tennis World Championships in Shanghai in the first week of May 2005. The Academy is proud to have our coaches in the National Team representing our country in these competitions.

During the period coaching sessions at the Academy carried on as usual with Alex Soler and Alex Anastasi as coaches.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ACADEMY !

The Academy is one year old on the 1st June 2004 and nearing the end of a very successful season, which shall terminate with the fourth and final ranking tournament to be held on the 26th of June. Obviously this tournament is sort of a National Championship event for the Academy and therefore is an important one that should have the full participation of all present and ex-students. Worth noting is that students shall for the first time be placed in three categories so that novices can really enjoy the tournament.
